This conference, themed "Medical Disputes, Smart Healthcare, and Sustainable Development: The Establishment and Practice of Law," is divided into four sessions. It brings together scholars, lawyers, judges, and physicians with expertise in medical disputes, the medical profession, and public health. The invited legal scholars span various fields, including civil law, medical law, AI and law, and sustainable environmental and energy law. Through practical perspectives and comprehensive legal discussions, the forum aims to review the current systems and practices concerning medical disputes, explore forward-looking research on the application of smart healthcare, and foster interdisciplinary exchange on legal issues related to sustainable development.
