This seminar focuses on the legal framework of the NHI and medical innovation, providing an in-depth legal analysis of the current challenges and future development of the NHI system.

The first session will explore "New Issues in Taiwan's NHI Reimbursement Policy," focusing on the ethical controversies surrounding drug co-payment policies and considering how to balance the allocation of medical resources with the protection of patient rights.

The second session, themed "NHI, Technology, and Society," will analyze the legal regulations of telemedicine under the NHI and the implementation of corporate social responsibility within the NHI system, encouraging businesses to actively participate in building a more resilient healthcare system.

This seminar aims to spark innovative thinking and contribute professional insights to the development of Taiwan's NHI system.
