這篇文章探討法律科技與 AI 工具在臺灣法律實務與法學教育中的應用現況。特別珍貴的是，本研究透過深度訪談與焦點團體，實際訪談在臺灣重要崗位上的司法與法律從業人員，並結合法律系學生問卷，觀察實務需求、專業疑慮與法學教育之間的落差。

This article examines the current use of legal technology and AI tools in Taiwan’s legal practice and legal education. A particularly valuable aspect of the study is its empirical grounding: through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, we engaged with judicial and legal professionals serving in key institutional roles in Taiwan, complemented by a survey of law students.
